RIBA PLAN OF WORK
The RIBA Plan of Work organises the process of briefing, designing, constructing and operating building projects into eight stages and explains the stage outcomes, core tasks and information exchanges required at each stage.

Planning portal provides guidance on whether your home extension or development project needs planning permission with interactive guides and information to understand what to consider at each stage of a project.

CDMÂ REGULATIONS
The current Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) came into force on 6 April 2015, replacing CDM 2007. This publication provides guidance on the legal requirements for CDM 2015 to help anyone with duties under the Regulations.
